Sutton's Safety Shoes uses UPS Ground service on all shipments and shipping is FREE on all purchases. For online orders please allow 24 hours to process. All in stock shoes will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. If the shoe that you ordered is out of stock it will be shipped to you within 10-14 days.

In the event that the shoe is out of stock we stay in touch with our customers and keep you updated when the shoe will be available for shipment. When you place an order with suttonsshoes.com, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the UPS tracking and order information.

Important Shipping Notices UPS does not pick up or delivery on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. Sutton's Safety Shoes ships orders Monday-Friday only (excluding national or federal holidays) to addresses in the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
